Dayo Oyebanji, PhD, FCA, FCTI, ACS - Managing Partner
Dayo graduated with a first class honours degree in Chemical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1991. He has a Master of Science degree in Accounting (MSc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCTI), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and a graduate of Senior Executive Program of the prestigious London Business School. Dayo has attended several professional courses in Nigeria and abroad.
He started his career with a firm of Chartered Accountants, Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterHouseCoopers) before joining the Finance and banking unit of the Assurance Division of Arthur Andersen & Co. (now KPMG Professional Services). He thereafter worked at Bromley Limited (a financial advisory firm) as head of strategy and corporate finance and then moved to New Nigeria Bank (NNB) International Bank Plc as head of financial controls and strategy until 2005. He rose to the position of Assistant General Manager and was promoted to the Chief Finance Officer of the Bank before his bank (NNB) merged with eight other banks to form Unity Bank. He left Unity Bank in 2007 as the Deputy Head of the Investment Banking Division of the Unity Bank in charge of capital market, funds, portfolio management and corporate finance before resigning to become the Managing Director/ CEO of Primewealth Capital, an investment banking services firm. Dayo thereafter started his own firm and became the pioneer Managing Partner of Genesis Capital in 2010. He was appointed as the Chairman and Chief Executive officer of the State of Osun Internal Revenue Services (OIRS), in charge of administration of the State’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
Dayo has broad experience in taxation, accounting, investment banking, financial controls, risk management and general management.
Michael Odofin - Head, Transformation and PPP
Michael specialises in helping private equity organisations to drive transformation, optimise performance, and realise strategic values. He holds MSc in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford and a researcher in Public-Private Partnerships.
With over 15 years experience spanning infrastructure, financial services, healthcare, and Real estate, he brings a unique blend of programme governance, and delivery assurance expertise. His focus entails helping investors and portfolio companies to execute high-value change efficiently from post-acquisition integration and performance turnaround to PPP delivery models and enterprise-wide transformation governance. I partner with boards, investors, and executive teams to align initiatives with business objectives, improve ROI visibility, and embed governance frameworks that sustain long-term growth. He is in charge of Investment advisory team
Adaora Ezeonwu- Partner
Adaora holds a BSc. Hons. Degree in Finance over 25 years of experience in the financial and capital market sector. She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a Fellow member of several prestigious institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Fellow of Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange, the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, and Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Adaora has attended numerous specialized courses in Financial Modelling, Securities Analysis, Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Credit Analysis, Company Valuation, and Mergers & Acquisitions to reinforce her professional development. She has successfully managed portfolios exceeding USD500 million, covering Public Mutual Funds, Private Wealth, and Institutional clients. Ada is the partner in charge of Security Trading and Wealth Management
Oluwaseyi Adebiyi - Partner
Oluwaseyi graduated with Second Class Upper from Ladoke Akintola University. He is an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy of United Kingdom (CPFA). He has experience of over fifteen years in financial statements preparation and analysis, financial audit and assurance, forensic financial investigation. He has hands-on experience in tax administration – assessments, monitoring and enforcement in the formal and informal sector of the economy. He is currently the Partner in charge of Tax Administration Services Team.
Olajumoke Owoyemi – Partner
Olajumoke is a BSc graduate in Economics from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko in Ondo State. She has about ten years experience in marketing and relationships management at Royal Exchange Insurance Company. Thereafter, she worked at Ondo State Internal Revenue Service where she developed expertise in revenue administration from the informal sector. She is currently om charge of Sub-national Tax Revenue Administration Team
Bode Ayodele - Partner
Bode is a graduate of Accounting with extensive experience in banking, financial services and tax revenue administration. Prior to joining our firm in 2024, he has over ten years experience in retail banking and funds transfer units of Ecobank Nigeria. He has attended training programs on Banking, Management Information System (MIS), Leadership, Systems Development and Revenue Administration. He is currently in charge Operations and Administration.
